Fixed-price Projects

Software development outsourcing on a fixed-price project basis is generally recommended for well-defined projects of a predictable scope and with clear objectives. This outsourcing model is the preferred choice for first projects of limited duration that fall within InterObject's particular fields of expertise.

Time & Material Projects

Time & material-based outsourcing helps keep costs down and is recommended for long-term projects involving new technology. These projects may entail establishment of software development branches and will typically require investment in R&D training.

BOT (Build, Operate, Transfer) Projects

This most complex and sophisticated outsourcing model enables customers to rely on InterObject from project start to finish. InterObject will build the project's infrastructure, hiring R&D team members, establishing a knowledgebase and setting up procedures and methodologies. We will also operate the project throughout all development stages, while providing infrastructure and logistical support and enforcing predefined work procedures as per customer requirements. Finally, as soon as the customer is ready and willing, InterObject will transfer full ownership of the project team, while continuing to provide support and assistance as required.
